Seat at a 4 Top on the Lower Level by Surfside patio, $60 per seat, seats 4, must purchase entire table.

Mezzanine

Where can I buy tickets?  
Tickets can be purchased through Texas-Live.com or the venue’s official ticketing partner, AXS.com.  

Will tickets be available at the door?  
If capacity allows, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. 

What time do doors open?  
8 PM

8 PM 

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?  
Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue.  

What forms of payment are accepted?  
Most venues accept major credit/debit cards and mobile payment options. Some venues are cashless.  

Is there an age requirement?  
You must be 18+ to attend this event.  

What items are prohibited?  
Weapons, Illegal substances, Professional cameras, Drones, Large bags/backpacks, Laser pointers, Fireworks, Coolers, Umbrellas, Chairs, Blankets, and Clothing with profane language or obscene imagery  

Is there a bag policy?  
No  

Will I go through security screening?  
Yes. All guests are subject to metal detectors, wanding, and / or bag checks upon entry.  

Is outside food or drink allowed?  
Outside food and beverages are prohibited.  

Will food and drinks be available inside?

Is alcohol served?  
Alcohol is available to guests 21+ with valid ID.  

Is parking available?  
On days without public events at Globe Life Park or AT&T Stadium, guests may park for free in Lot B, located just east on Randol Mill Road and Stadium Drive (B-1 entrance off Randol Mill). 

Can I use rideshare services?  
Yes. Dedicated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones are located in front of Texas Live!

What happens if there is severe weather?  
All shows will go on as rain or shine unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions. The venue may delay, pause, or cancel the event for guest safety. If severe weather impacts the event, updates will be shared on the Texas Live! Facebook and Instagram pages.  

Is the venue ADA accessible?  
Yes. The venue has accessible seating and pathways.  

Are service animals allowed?  
Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines.  

Is smoking or vaping allowed?  
Texas Live! is a non-smoking venue. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited in all venues and will result in immediate removal from the property. Smoking is only allowed outside at least 50 feet from all venue doors or entry points.  

Are cameras allowed?  
Professional cameras and detachable lenses are prohibited.

Are tickets refundable?  
All sales are final unless an event is cancelled.  

What happens if an event is postponed?  
Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
