continue to service all of our customers including grocery stores,
medical facilities, your businesses and your homes.
Balcones
Repurposing production line to produce and distribute hand sanitizer.
Donating $5 for every bottle sold in April and May to USBG (US
Bartenders’ Guild). Offering no-contact curbside purchases for patrons
with their tasting rooms currently closed as well as offering growler
fills on all available beers (drop off anytime between 10 am – 8 pm and
they will wash, sanitize, and fill growler with choice of beer). Has
held days where offering free bottle of hand sanitizer with curbside
pick up (5 bottles of HS free if purchase bottle of whiskey).
BB&T (Now Truist)
Offering payment relief on auto, home equity, and consumer loans as well
as on mortgages and personal credit cards (have provided an estimated
$25 million in financial relief throughout their communities). Providing
regular services through drive-thru lanes and ATMs remain available.

Brown Forman
Produced a (limited) supply of hand sanitizer which they donated to KY
and TN government response teams for distribution to communities

Choctaw
‘Together We are More’ Twitter message thanking all first responders and
frontline workers. Durant location offers Covid-19 screening and
testing. Various locations have made significant food donations to local
shelters, schools, and food banks. Has also hosted drive-thru pantry at
it’s Durant location to ensure all families have access to fresh fruits
and vegetables.
DalTile
Available for virtual design consultations and are readily shipping
samples to consumers while they are working from home. They are also
offering the provision of digital event opportunities, product training,
and additional customer service support.
Deep Eddy
Donated over 36,000 Deep Eddy bandanas donated to make masks for those
on the front lines and extended communities (delivered to hospitals and
clinics in Austin and other hot spot locations as well as industry
partners). Hosts free IG Live-Stream concerts every Monday and Wednesday
to bring people together as well as offering Deep Eddy backgrounds for
Zoom meetings. Actively producing hand sanitizer at both its Dripping
Springs and Buda locations. Heaven Hill Brands donated $400,000 in aid
to support the larger hospitality industry including Austin charity

Offering a 20% discount on hourly fees during the pandemic.
Consultations remain free and they now offer phone and Facetime
consultations. For a limited time during the COVID-19 crisis they are
offering free wills, medical/general durable power of attorney, and
physician directives.
Medical City Healthcare
On the front lines of the COVID 19 crisis with 16 hospitals, 8
off-campus emergency rooms, 11 ambulatory surgery centers, 4,400 +
physicians and 17,000 employees. Have donated $100,000 to North Texas
Food Bank, they have expanded their telehealth availability to conserve
the use of PPEs, they have opened in-house mini grocery stores at 7 of
their hospitals to support hospital staff, and are partnering in a
plasma study to determine if recovered COVID-19 patients can benefit
those currently infected with the virus
Molson-Coors
Through its #CouldUseABeer Campaign they are giving away $1 million in
beer (allows people to send a beer to someone). New line of ‘Made to
Chill’ branded sweatshirts and sweatpants proceeds will be donated to
economic relief efforts due to COVID 19. Sponsored a pre-NFL draft happy
hour with Kirk Herbstreit and Patrick Mahomes and then made donations
to the charities of both men’s choice. Pledged $1 million to support
bartenders and launched a contest for couples who were forced to
postpone 2020 weddings due to virus (win stay-at-home wedding +
$10,000).
NovaTech
Could not locate anything on their website or otherwise…..doesn’t look
they have an official stance on COVID 19. They do offer a few articles
on their website on the best practices on working from home and how to
avoid cyberattacks while doing so
Panasonic
Contributing its stocks of supplies for business activities that are
suitable for medical repurposing, including medical-grade gloves and
ogles, dust-proof garments, N95 masks, raincoats/ponchos, rubber gloves.
Will also provide it Ziaino high-performance air purification and
sterilization equipment to medical institutions.
Papa Johns
All locations are offering contactless delivery and curbside pickup.
Have provided tens of thousands of pizzas to healthcare workers and
first responders. Various levels of support for blood drives an
charities such as The Boys and Girls Club of America (‘Feed your Family,
Feed your Community’ program). Founder has donated $1 million to small
business for COVID-19 relief
7-Eleven
Remains open daily; Offering free 7Now Deliver with promo code FREE4U
(contactless delivery service). Donated 1 million masks to FEMA. Opened
first ever pop-up grocery store at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas
on April 22 to provide food and essential items to hospital staff and
patient families during crisis.
Salter Brothers Coffee
Offering free shipping on coffee with promotional code. 25% in-house seating beginning May 1st.
Sprouts
Returning to regular store hours on April 29. Sanitizer has been placed
throughout the store. Offering online videos with cooking and
nutritional tips while families are at home. Directional signage
throughout stores and plexiglass barriers at registers and offering
online ordering.

Offering cocktail recipes on their FB page, and available in store at local DFW Total Wine/Goody Goody.
TicketEStore
Nothing that I can find. Their website is still showing tickets for
purchase for May 1 sporting events and concerts so not sure its been
updated in awhile
Trinchero
Offering ability to order wines online, curbside pickup, and free local delivery.
Tullamore Dew
Nothing specific from the brand. FC Dallas used them as a sponsor of
their FCD Mixology series in giving people tutorials on how to create
cocktails from home (TD’s ‘Hat Trick’ drink was featured).
TWG
Unable to located anything on their website or on a list compiled by
Wine Spectator of all major wineries and distilling companies donating
to COVID relief.
TXU
Has donated $450,000 to efforts aimed at fighting COVID 19,
including $200,000 to the United Way of Metro Dallas Coronavirus
Response and Recovery Fund and $250,000 to 34 TXU Energy AIDSM Partners
(including the Tarrant Area Food Bank and North Texas Food Bank).
Offering payment flexibility (deferred payment) on energy bills for
those customers who need it.
UTA
Offering online class instruction. Considering several different date
options to give their graduating seniors the experience of walking at an
actual graduation ceremony. Offering carry-out meals in their on campus
Market. Offering students experiencing hardship due to pandemic
opportunity to apply for economic assistance through the UTA Emergency
Assistance Fund.
William Grant
Shifted production at 3 of their distilleries to supply about 5 million
liters of ethanol over the next 8 weeks to produce hand sanitizer.
Created the Stand Fast Campaign and Fund to donate to industry-based
charities, create initiatives to help get bartenders back to work, and
other support of the on-trade market. Created a COVID-19 Appeal Fund
that allows their employees across the world to nominate charities for
WG to donate to and they will double-match employees personal
donations.
